We Are Undefeatable is a campaign supporting people with long term health conditions to be more active, developed by 15 leading health and social care charities, and backed by National Lottery funding from Sport England.

This September they're gathering ideas from the public on the type of tools and resources that are most needed to support people with health conditions to get active. These ideas will shape what We Are Undefeatable provides in the future and how the campaign works with partners locally and nationally.

They're keen to hear from people who live with health conditions, care for others who do, or have a professional interest in the area – for example those working in health or social care, the charity or voluntary sector, sport or physical activity or in local or national government.
